The Portes du Soleil offer non-mountain bikers a hike to discover the Franco-Swiss territory of the Portes du Soleil. A moment of escape to the summits that promises unforgettable memories.
.The concept in a nutshell:
Hikes to discover the territory and the terroir, are offered in parallel with mountain biking, eMTB and Gravel hikes of the Pass'Portes du Soleil.
3 possible departure stations: Châtel, Les Gets, Les Lindarets-Montriond.
Day hike from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. including:
- Free departures from 9 am: 3 to 4 hours of walking depending on the level of each.
- Discovery stops: tasting stops, visit to the farm, Geopark
- Access to 1 or 2 aid stations depending on the route.
Possibility to register and join friends who participate in the Pass'Portes MTB at a refueling for the resorts of Les Gets, Lindarets and Châtel.
Limited number of places: about 100 places / day / departure station.
Geopark Chablais: Here, the Alps tell their story
In the heart of the Alps, the Geopark Chablais extends from the southern shore of Lake Geneva to the peaks of the Portes du Soleil. The heritage, natural and geological wealth of the territory enabled it to join the network of Geoparks supported by UNESCO in 2012. This remarkable natural space has shaped and still permeates the life and culture of Chablais residents and its many visitors. The exploitation of mountain pastures, traditional buildings, the use of the mountains, tales and legends testify to these strong links between man and nature.

The Pass'Portes Pedestrian 2024 routes will be almost similar to the Pass'Portes Pedestrian 2023 routes in terms of kilometers.
