Where to buy or reload your MTB passes?
To buy your Châtel or Portes du Soleil MTB passes, you can :
- Go to the online sales site and collect them on site at the automate machines (the choice of cash desk is made at the time of purchase). You can also easily reload your ski pass.
- Buy or reload your passes (from 5h to 7 days) at the automatic cashiers located at different places in the resort and available 24 hours a day. The other passes requiring a photo (passes from 8 days) are only available at the lift ticket offices or on line.
- At the lift ticket offices located at the foot of the Super-Châtel gondola and at the foot of the Pierre-Longue chairlift.

Located in the entrance hall of Châtel Tourisme, two automatic cash desks are at your disposal: one for the withdrawl of ski passes bought on the internet, the other for the purchase of ski passes or the withdrawl.
