Monday to Friday, from 8am to 9am and from 10am to 11am, Patapon de Beauregard takes the microphone and speaks from the premises of Radio Châtel 98.8 to talk about local news.
This winter, be the first to know at 8:45 a.m. about trail openings and snowshoe itineraries, and enjoy a weather report produced in French and English by the Châtel weather team, live and without trickery from the surrounding peaks of Rochassons and Cornebois.
We'll also keep you up to date with all the latest events, including behind-the-scenes coverage of the Rock the Pistes and Châtel Bandcamp festivals, concerts in the valley and emerging artists. A must-see!
At 10:20 a.m. local time, our regular and visiting guests take to the microphone over a cup of coffee to prove Jean Ferrat right: "Pourtant, que la montagne est belle" ("Yet how beautiful the mountains are").
We'll be listening to French chanson, as well as English pop and rock from the desert sessions.
We'll go and see if the grass and the songs are greener in Switzerland, and we'll find the most beautiful Italian ballads in our archives to listen to on the friendly morning airwaves of Radio Châtel RTL 2, Nonante huit point huit!
