The Châtel station logo may not be modified (proportions, colours, elements) and may not be subject to any transformation, animation or any other process. The logo of the resort of Châtel can only be used and associated with verifiable information. In particular, it may only be used to illustrate relations with the Châtel resort or duly established partnership actions. Châtel Tourisme reserves the right to approve or disapprove any use of its logo to ensure its correct use, in accordance with the ethics, morals and interests of the resort of Châtel. Châtel Tourisme reserves the right to modify the conditions of use of its logo at any time and without notice.
Establishing links
Châtel Tourisme authorizes the establishment of a hypertext link for all Internet sites, with the exception of those disseminating information of a polemical, pornographic or xenophobic nature or which may, to a greater extent, harm the sensitivity of the greatest number. The link should appear in a new window. The pages of the site www.chatel.com must in no case be integrated inside the pages of another site. Unless specific authorization may be granted on a case-by-case basis, the deep link technique is totally prohibited. Duration and termination
This contract is concluded for an indefinite period as from the use of the service by the user.
