Take advantage of an idyllic setting to introduce yourself to the practice of yoga outdoors. Right over the water, start the day with a serene and accessible approach to the practice of yoga.

Succumb to the charm of the surrounding mountains and let yourself be carried away by the calm of the lake from a wooden platform.
Whether you're a beginner or an expert, one-hour sessions are open to all, with respect and kindness. Take some time for yourself and let yourself be guided by this activity in this unique setting above the lake!

Practical information:
-Bring a water bottle, cap and sun cream.
-Book online. Mats provided.
-Meet at the lake platform.
-Children are under parents' responsibility.
-In case of bad weather, the session will be held inside the chalet, next to the platform on Lac de Vonnes.
