Presentation

The 19th Fête des Fromages de Savoie, held in Châtel, in the Abondance A.O.P. region, is a weekend-long celebration of the delights of cheesemaking.

A not-to-be-missed annual event, this travelling celebration gives local residents and visitors alike the opportunity to go behind the scenes of cheese-making and discover the values that go with it: a preserved environment, exquisite flavours, unique skills and exceptional terroirs, all in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
