Presentation

Special "Repas chasse" evening in aid of Pink October, prepared by Trincaz chefs. Warm atmosphere guaranteed with the Vioul' du Chablais and their traditional Savoyard music. Tasting, music, solidarity!
As part of the October Rose campaign, an evening of solidarity, gastronomy and Savoyard tradition awaits you.

The Trincaz chefs - Lydie, Sébastien, Laurent and Philippe - will be serving up a tasty hunt meal, prepared with passion and expertise.
Menu :
- Appetizer: Squash panna cotta
- Starter: Game terrine
- Main course: Venison stew with autumn garnish
- Autumn dessert

The Vioul' du Chablais, an emblematic local group, will set the rhythm for this feast, playing the typical sounds of the Alps with their accordion, songs and traditional instruments.

A warm, friendly and festive atmosphere to support a worthy cause while celebrating the flavours and sounds of Savoie, in collaboration with the associations "Rando Rose du Val d'Abondance" and "À Chacun Son Everest!", both committed to accompanying and supporting women affected by cancer.
