Grandma's potato fritters

• 6 potatoes
• 2 eggs
• 1 tablespoon flour
• Salt and pepper
• Chives
• Crème fraîche

Grate the raw potatoes, whisk the eggs and add them along with the salt, pepper and flour (sieve it first).
Mix everything together thoroughly.
Add a little oil to the frying pan.
Using a tablespoon place portions of the mixture the size of your palm into the pan.
Fry them in the pan until they are golden brown on both sides (about 3 minutes per side).
Place them on a piece of kitchen roll to drain them off and remove any excess oil.
Sprinkle them with chopped chives and accompany with crème fraîche.
Serve grandma's potato fritters with a green salad. Bon appétit!
