The bulbous steeple is often seen as a marker of Savoie's identity, but the appearance of the steeple and its position in relation to the church have varied greatly over the ages. Let's take a comprehensive look at Savoy's bell towers.

We'll be talking about Savoyard bell towers, from the Maurienne to the Chablais, and from the Middle Ages to the present day.
