Presentation

Line 12 runs between Châtel and Thonon all year round (SNCF train station or Place des Arts*), and VEX runs between Châtel and Evian (SNCF train station) at weekends and on public holidays.
* !! L12: Until April 21, 2025: Terminus stop "Jeanne d'Arc" (500m from the station), except for the first bus from Châtel at 6.10am (terminus Saint-Joseph, 900m from the station). The bus does not stop at the SNCF station or Place des Arts.

In winter, there are also buses between Châtel and Geneva on Saturdays.

Reservations for the VEX line are compulsory and can be made online (on the right of this page).

Line 12 terminuses and departure points are at the Linga bus station, except for buses arriving from Thonon at 8.04am, 6.56pm and 7.56pm and those leaving Châtel at 6.15am and 7.00pm, which will also stop on the churchsquare.

Termini and departure points for the VEX line are at the Linga bus station.

At the Linga bus station there is a covered, heated waiting area for Thonon-Châtel and Evian-Châtel line customers, with a break room, toilets and vending machines.
