Presentation

A Breton walking for the fight against Parkinson's disease! Departure on January 11, 2025 from Pléneuf Val André (22) for a tour of France on foot in less than a year via the GR (sentiers de Grande Randonnée).
This represents some 8,300km, or an average of 22km per day.

Parkinson's disease not only affects a family member, but also nearly 200,000 people in France.
It is the second most common cause of motor disability in adults, after stroke.
This project is an opportunity for me to help people affected by the disease.
Sport, particularly walking, is beneficial for Parkinson's sufferers, stimulating brain activity, slowing the progression of certain symptoms and alleviating motor difficulties.

The Tour de France is not just a sporting challenge, it also raises funds for medical research and other activities.

After months of walking, Théo VETIL arrived in the Vallée d'Abondance on the GR5 trails.
You too can join him on 2 stages:

Day 1 - Friday August 29 start at 3pm: Chalets de Chevenne to refuge de Bise

In addition, a charity meal is organized on Friday August 29 at 7pm at the refuge de Bise.
