The Béchigne shuttle bus stop is 400m from the residence and serves the Linga. The private parking space also makes it easy to reach the slopes by car.

The flat comprises :
- on the ground floor, a small bedroom (one 140cm bed and one 90cm bed), a bathroom, a toilet and a kitchen.
- Upstairs: a master bedroom (160cm bed), a mezzanine with a pull-out bed (2 80cm mattresses at the same height).
Facilities: dishwasher / washing machine/dryer / coffee machine / kettle / toaster / raclette machine / combined oven-microwave.
A ski locker in the communal area/ a ski boot rack in the flat. It is forbidden to enter the flat with boots on.
The flat was refurbished this summer and a number of changes will be made this autumn (handrail, handrail and children's barrier for the staircase / shelf for ski boots in the entrance / bunk bed in the small bedroom with a 140cm bed / extra TV in the master bedroom).
An inventory of fixtures will be drawn up on arrival and departure to ensure that every tenant has a pleasant stay.
Cleaning on departure can be arranged at an additional cost.
Bed linen is not provided.
