- Break the eggs, separating the whites from the yolks, put the whites in a bowl.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and add the sugar.
- Then put the yolks in the egg whites to snow.
- Mix the flour with the yeast and add it to the mixture.
- Butter and sweeten your mould (preferably round), then pour in the preparation.
- Put in the oven at 180° for 25 minutes.
