Presentation

4 eggs
125 g sugar
125 g flour
1 sachet of baking powder
  • Break the eggs, separating the whites from the yolks, put the whites in a bowl.
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff and add the sugar.
  • Then put the yolks in the egg whites to snow.
  • Mix the flour with the yeast and add it to the mixture.
  •  Butter and sweeten your mould (preferably round), then pour in the preparation.
  • Put in the oven at 180° for 25 minutes.
