The chalet is only 350 meters walk from the Linga ski lift and 50 meters from the ski bus stop between Pre la Joux and Chatel.

The chalet has lovely mountain views and a river running past the garden. The basement offers plenty of space for ski/bike storage. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and has 2 large living/lounge rooms.

Behind the chalet is a large nature reserve with hiking trails for snowshoeing. On the ground floor is a large room for skis and ski boots with dryers.
