3-room mountain-style apartment, on garden level with a terrace. Located in the heart of the Portes du Soleil with its 360 km of pistes. You'll love it in summer and winter in the resort of Chatel.
Located 1.5 km from the centre and 1 km from the Linga cable car. The residence is served by free shuttle buses in summer and winter. The marmottons club (nursery + ESF pioupiou club) is located below the residence.
The flat has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed (140), 1 with 1 pull-out sofa = either 1 bed of 80, or 2 beds of 80 equivalent to 1 bed of 160 unfolded, 1 sofa bed (140) for a total of 4 beds in the bedroom and 6 with the sofa bed.
Each mattress is protected by 1 disposable mattress protector supplied for each stay + 1 permanent mattress protector.
The kitchen is equipped with 1 dishwasher, 1 filter coffee maker + 1 pod coffee maker, 1 toaster, 1 oven, 1 ceramic hob, 1 raclette machine, 1 fondue machine and all kitchen utensils.
1 separate WC, 1 bathroom with bath, storage cupboards, ski locker.
1 living room with 1 sofa bed, 2 armchairs and 1 television.
Not currently equipped with wifi (soon to be connected to the fibre optic network).

You can also enjoy a terrace on the ground floor with views of the surrounding mountains. (Please do not go beyond the property limit sign located approximately 3 m from the concrete terrace). Garden furniture, parasol and electric griddle for outdoor meals.
Cleaning is included in the price (you must clean and tidy the crockery and at least the kitchen and bathroom area) and the hire of sheets and towels is 30 euros per double bed + 15 euros per single bed.
Independent arrival and departure thanks to the key box.
