What could be better than enjoying nature and the surrounding mountains to recharge your batteries by practising yoga?

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced person, the sessions are open to everyone with respect and kindness. Take some time for yourself and let yourself be guided by this new activity open to all.
Bring a water bottle, walking shoes, comfortable and warm clothing (gloves and sunglasses recommanded). On booking only. Carpet provided.
Face mask compulsory.
Meeting point at the end of lake Vonnes nearby the play ground (shuttle line 4 stop "Vonnes"')
