Come and spend a physically adorable morning and with advice, technical workshops, all in a good mood and sharing in the company of a specialist, Vincent Delebarre, winner of the famous UTMB.
Sticks recommended but not compulsory.
Your meeting point is the ESF office. Be present 5 to 10 minutes before the departure time so as not to leave late!
