6 days before the Tour de France in Morzine ! Amateur riders will have the chance to ride the exact same stage as the pros in the Etape du Tour event.

6 days before the Tour de France in Morzine ! Amateur riders will have the chance to ride the exact same stage as the pros in the Etape du Tour event. The Etape du Tour gives amateur riders the opportunity to ride one of the mountain stages of the Tour de France, with the same stage towns, the same roads, the same mythical climbs, and also the same conditions as the Tour. It’s the only cyclosportive where roads are entirely closed to traffic. Morzine last hosted an Etape du Tour in 2016, and is now preparing for 16,000 cyclists to attempt this challenge on the 9th of July 2023. And why not, stay in Morzine for a few days before to prepare for the challenge!
