From production to maturing, between tradition and modernity, the gestures, the know-how ... are what make Abondance cheese so special. Discussions with the mediator will allow you to discover the subtleties of this exceptional cheese.

The Abbey from top to bottom: the frames of the monastery
Climb the 44 steps that lead you under the monastery's roof structures. Examine the skeleton of this majestic monument in order to understand all the developments. Take advantage of this special moment to appreciate the various restoration and consolidation operations.
In the company of our mediator, feel, touch... and retrace almost 300 years of work thanks to this visit unlike any other!
